Internet-Wide Net Neutrality Protest

In other headline news today, Wednesday, July 12th the internet is participating in a Net Neutrality protest against the changes to the law that are being made by the FCC. Huge corporations like Amazon among hundreds of others will be intentionally slowing down their websites in protest of the change to the laws which could limit what consumers have access to.

Chinese Researchers Pursue Teleportation

Additional headline alleges that¬†Chinese researchers have been able to teleport a photon from Earth to a satellite in space. It’s not what you think. They haven’t actually teleported any physical objects per se. They’re looking at using this for a cloud-based quantum computing networking. The purpose of this new breakthrough research is to create a more secure way to communicate.
